Oct 05, 2011 Best Answer: Do you know how to create FOMOD files? 1) Download & Install FOMOD (Fallout Mod Manager) 2) Download all previously deleted mods & reinstall them 'USING FOMOD' 3) After the mods have been installed using FOMOD, have FOMOD uninstall them, this will also remove the extra files in your Data folder. The 'Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting' thread in the 'Fallout New Vegas. If all logic fails, you have to revert back to a vanilla game and slowly re-install. In the folder 'DataNVSE' create a new text file and name it 'nvseconfig.ini'.
