Bobbleheads in Fallout 3 give you a permenant increase to a skill or S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat. For this reason, you often shouldn't make a character with +10 in any stat, or raise a character past 90% in any skill without first getting that particular Bobblehead. Every skill in Fallout 3 is represented, so how ever you play your character there is a Fallout 3 Vault Boy Bobblehead for you to find.

Of the Fallout 3 Bobblehead Locations mentioned here, some will be easier to access than others early in the game. For example, the intelligence Bobblehead in Rivet City will be most beneficial if gained early in the game, but the player may need to go through some tough enemies. It's a worthwhile journey, however.

The door leads to the Forsaken Dunwich Ruins. Follow the path a bit and try to stay along the northern wall at all times. You'll have to do a bit of jumping, but once you're on the western side of the ruins it's ok if you fall down. There is a door to the south that leads to the Virulent Underchambers. Head to the southernmost room. Go through the other door on this level to return to the main area. Drop through the floor to return to the exit.

Jeff says..(depending on your barter skill) and make your way to tenpenny tower. Go inside and search for Lydia Montenegro and purchase the Dart Gun schematics from her and seek out the parts to make it, they're all pretty easy to find (paint gun, rad-scorpion poison gland, surgical tubing, and a toy car) but if you're like me you'll have a bit of trouble finding the car, so search Lucas Simms house in Megaton if possible or just keep searching. The reason this is worth it is that the dart gun causes both the target's legs to become crippled with only one shot, this drastically lowers their movement speed and when used on a deathclaw, it turns them into what may as well be a sack of Xp because you can just walk backwards shooting while they limp after you.
Also, great tip! Thanks for sharing.
I had that happen to me. It's just I got caught up in the mission so I completely forgot. If you ever play through the game again, just remember to grab it.

Victoria 2 ideology cheats. Three Dog is the radio host, DJ, and news anchor of the Galaxy News Radio station in the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3.
- 3Interactions with the player character
Background
Born to parents who made their way in the world as members of a traveling theater group, Three Dog grew up listening to rock music, hating the government that he never knew (but surely caused the nuclear holocaust), fully believing in the rights of free speech and communal law.[1][2] At some point before he established GNR, he was taking Jet and stumbled across Oasis.[3]
He established GNR in 2272, together with a technician named Margaret.[4] Since he began, he's been broadcasting to the Wasteland with his voice, public service announcements, and music. At times he makes jests at Enclave Radio, going as far as mocking President John Henry Eden.[5] Three Dog believes in what he calls 'fighting the good fight', which boils down to noble pursuits in the fight against raiders, super mutants, slavers, Talon Company, and the Enclave. This explains why he cooperates with Lyons' Brotherhood of Steel.

Notes
- Evidently, his broadcasts are pre-recorded. He can be viewed at the G.N.R. building, not doing anything of note, but still his public service announcements or other news can still be heard on the radio. This is further supported by the fact that he can be heard on the radio at any time during the day. Additionally, he often says in his introduction 'coming to you taped from my fortified bunker in the middle of a DC hellhole' though he also will say 'coming to you live'.
- If the Lone Wanderer helps Roy Phillips get into Tenpenny Tower, Three Dog later refers to the 'wholesome slaughter' of the former residents, instead of the common expression 'wholesale slaughter.'
- Three Dog's broadcast expression can change depending on the actions of the Lone Wanderer. Should the Lone Wanderer pursue a noble, good-karma path, Three Dog will say 'Nice goin' kid!' at the end of an event-determined broadcast. But should the Lone Wanderer choose a vilified, bad-karma path, Three Dog is quoted as saying 'Not cool kid. Not cool at all.' Or, 'what's with that, kid?'

Behind the scenes
- The name of the character Three Dog comes from a previous character played by his voice actor Erik Todd Dellums, called 'Dog 3'.
- Three Dog shares similarities to very many DJ characters from movies and real life, Wolfman Jack chief among them.
- Gearbox Software's FPS-RPG Borderlands 2 references Three Dog with a three-barrel shotgun titled 'Thre Dog'. The weapon's description states that '..one barrel ain't enough, and two is too few'.
Bugs
- PCPlayStation 3Xbox 360 Occasionally, Three Dog will mention events that occur after the ending of the game. He will only do so if the player had downloaded the Broken Steel downloadable content and has not played through the part in the game before it.
- PCPlayStation 3Xbox 360 Sometimes after starting a new game, Three Dog can be heard stating things that haven't come to pass yet. This can be very annoying as it usually lasts the entire game or until you catch up with what he's talking about.
- PlayStation 3Xbox 360 Sometimes Three dog will start saying a comment and then quickly switch comments about the player over and over again. This can be annoying and not allow you to listen to music for the rest of the game.
- PCPlayStation 3 Occasionally Three dog will repeat the 'News' section of broadcast 2-3 times over until he will continue playing songs again.

(Three Dog's dialogue) - ↑Galaxy News Radio: 'Here's a question for all you faithful listeners. Have you guys and gals ever seen.. a tree? No, no, no. Not those shriveled black things. I’m talking real trees. Brown bark, green leaves, photosynthesis, all that good stuff. Now what if I, the all-powerful Three Dog, were to tell you that somewhere right here in the Capital Wasteland, there’s a place with LOTS of trees. A veritable Oasis of green in that depressing sea of brown. Look, it was years ago, and I MAY have been experimenting with Jet at the time, but I’m telling you, it’s out there..'
(Three Dog's dialogue) - ↑Galaxy News Radio: 'Good golly, Holly. This is the worst thing to happen to our neighborhood since the HOA instituted their mandatory 'scavenged rags' dress code. Please. Hear me now, and believe. The Enclave, and that includes their Homecoming King, 'President' John Henry Eden and his gorilla Colonel Augustus Autumn, are NOT here to help you. Wake up, children the Enclave have a giant truck full 'o Brahmin, and they've been spoon-feeding you the bullshit. These guys are schemers, crooks, and killers, and the sooner you all realize that and stand up to their oppression, the better. That, my friends, is fighting the good fight.'
