Morrowind Modding Guide Reddit
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, the predecessor to Oblivion and Skyrim, is arguably the deepest and most immersive game in the Elder Scrolls series. For 15 years, it could not be played in multiplayer in any kind of decent way. Now, however, with Morrowind's engine having been recreated through the OpenMW project, playable multiplayer has also been implemented through the TES3MP project.
....and maybe you noticed that Morrowind doesn't exactly look great by today's standards. Maybe you also noticed it doesn't run quite how you would expect. Maybe you know about modding but also want a vanilla like experience. Never fear- someone already wrote an excellent guide:
It is basically the Abridged Idiot's Guide to the STEP guide. 30 minutes and Morrowind looks better (I prefer the watercolor option, but you HD it up if you want), runs better, has fewer bugs, and is just a swell experience. MGSO is garbage, vanilla really is lacking in some ways, and if you want to install a bazillion mods then you can do that to- just start here, maybe?
